We do try to keep many parts in stock, but the scoop of parts in 5 series of cars is unimaginable. We do not have a big budget, for ordering hundreds of parts, and there are fewer and fewer job shops that will make only a few pieces, which drive the prices up.ĥ. We are a small shop that is here to keep these cars on the road and supply parts that you would otherwise not be able to get.Ĥ. When having only 10 or 20 of something made, the cost is going to be high.ģ. 90% of the parts are either modified GM or our designĢ. Our markup is less than 20% on most items, to make them available to our owners.ġ.

We have already received numerous price increases this year and have been told to expect additional increases as the year continues. As well as, lead times may change and could be extended from 7 to 21 days more than originally stated. There may be communications from us on any one or all of these issues without advance notice. We are working tirelessly to minimize disruptions to allow us to continue to supply you, our customer, and making every effort to avoid delays, shortages, and price increases. This is expected to last at least through the remainder of this year. Excalibur Automobiles, Excalibur parts and service, original home of the ExcaliburĪs you are aware, 20 have been extremely challenging years with the Pandemic, continued labor and material shortages, price increases, and delays with freight carriers that affect every component in our process.
